I am now back from my epic journey to Prague. My initial fear of flying was dispersed as I realised the plane windows were small, I think I had had visions of falling out! I kept my sunglasses on and did not look up from my magazine.
It really was a beautiful place. I got sun burnt the first day and ended up with a bright red face, despite using my sun block, I must have very fair skin.
The wedding was in a very ancient Town Hall, Inside it was beautiful, old red chairs adorned each room. we stood at the side of the the chairs and Lisa went to the front, her new husband looked at her adoringly and I started to cry. It was a very moving ceremony, read first by the official and then translated into english. There was beautiful words like " remember your parents and be grateful to them for making you the person you are" and if you are priveledged enough to have children teach them to love. my daughter turned around and saw me crying and she started to cry too, telling me to stop blubbing!
The meal afterwards was in a restaurant that turned out to be a brewery. They gave us a tour of the brewery for free, we peered into the vast vats of cappuchino like brew and took photos, it seemed an odd place for wedding guests with high heeled shoes
After the meal we found an old festival had started at the town hall, people were dressed in old clothes and were throwing each other out of the windows, Lisa slightly tipsy joined in, as she was dressed in a long dress and tiara the people thought she was part of the show. she ended up buying a crossbow and playfully firing it, as we walked through the streets people waved and said congratulations.
we went home worn out... the wedding had lasted all day.

What a delightful experience for you....in a city I love! I suspect I know where she got married....with a bit of effort, I should recollect the old Brewery...
Good to have you back safe and sound...
